Job Summary: The Entry-Level Business Development Associate will play a key role in supporting the growth and expansion of our EdTech products and services. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in business development within the education technology sector. You will assist in generating new leads, nurturing relationships, and supporting our sales and marketing efforts to drive growth in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients, including educational institutions, schools, and educators, who could benefit from our products and services.
Conduct outbound outreach (via email, phone, social media) to generate leads and schedule meetings.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, competitor products, and customer needs within the EdTech space to support sales and marketing strategies.
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
Sales Support: Help create and deliver presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Support the sales team in tracking leads, managing pipelines, and following up with potential clients.
Assist with the negotiation and closing of deals.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients to foster trust and collaboration.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Assist in gathering customer feedback and helping shape product offerings.
Administrative & Reporting: Maintain CRM systems with updated client information, interaction history, and follow-up activities.
