Fresher+ is a specialized model designed to recruit young professionals with 6 to 24 months of experience. This initiative primarily focuses on individuals who have strong exposure to the skills we are hiring for, fostering a fresh perspective and innovative ideas.
Eligibility Criteria:
Any highest education level with a pass-out year from 2021 to 2023
Minimum of 60% throughout academics
6 months to 24 months of work experience.
