Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will connect with IT professionals, understand their learning needs, and guide them toward selecting the most suitable courses. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing their career paths and achieving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective IT professionals to introduce and promote our courses.
Understand the career goals and upskilling requirements of IT professionals.
Recommend relevant courses, explain features and benefits, and address their concerns effectively.
Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Generate, nurture, and convert leads to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies and meet business goals.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: Any graduate or undergraduate with relevant skills and a passion for sales and education.
Experience: 0 to 1 year in sales, customer service, or a similar role. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication in English (mandatory).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly.
Good presence of mind and ability to address customer queries convincingly.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Location: Willingness to commute or relocate to Electronic City, Bangalore.
Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
