Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, inbound inquiries, social media, etc.).
Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and meetings with potential clients to showcase company offerings and close deals.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, including lead conversion rates, revenue targets, and sales activities.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals in alignment with company goals and pricing structures.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to better position the company’s products or services.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers can apply.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
Basic understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, customer engagement, and closing strategies.
Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track sales and customer interactions.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
