Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, inbound inquiries, social media, etc.).

  • Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and meetings with potential clients to showcase company offerings and close deals.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, including lead conversion rates, revenue targets, and sales activities.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals in alignment with company goals and pricing structures.

  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to better position the company’s products or services.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Freshers can apply.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.

  • Basic understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, customer engagement, and closing strategies.

  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track sales and customer interactions.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
