Job Purpose
To lead and mentor a team of 4-5 members for 3in1 project, own multiple modules, and ensure high-quality
deliverables, efficient processes, and continuous innovation.
Duties And Responsibilities
Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Angular applications using modern best
practices and coding standards.
Architecture: Collaborate on architectural decisions and implement scalable and efficient solutions
for front-end development.Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks to ensure a smooth user
experience.Code Review: Review code from other team members to ensure quality and adherence to best
practices.Testing: Develop and execute unit and end-to-end tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the
codebase.Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help
them grow professionally.Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver
fully functional applications.Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Stay Current: Stay up to date with the latest Angular trends and advancements.
Key Decisions / Dimensions
Front end architecture of assigned modules
Design and development approach for assigned features/modules
Accept/Reject new work depending on available team’s capacity
Required Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Work Experience
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Web and Mobile App Development with a strong focus on Angular
(version 10 or higher preferred).
